How does GoBe measure calories intake?
Until now, keeping track on how many calories you eat has been a tiresome process. You had to log meals, weigh portions, scan barcodes, or just guess—and at the end of the day, you were left with an inaccurate estimation that didn’t truly help you find balance in what you eat.HEALBE GoBe™ makes a breakthrough difference. This wearable is the world’s first device to track calorie intake painlessly in every sense of the word. The unique HEALBE FLOW™ Technology requires no blood testing, no manual logging, or guesswork. GoBe uses your body’s information only to tell you how many calories you’re actually consuming. Simply put it on and GoBe you!
How does GoBe help you to stay hydrated?
When you first put your GoBe on, it will immediately start collecting data to analyze YOUR unique “normal” hydration level. This learning process can take from two days up to two weeks of consistent wearable use.
With a bioimpedance sensor and the patented HEALBE FLOW Technology, GoBe calculates your current level of hydration and compares it to the learned “normal” one.
How does GoBe3 estimate the level of neural activity?
With the EDA sensor, GoBe measures skin resistance 10 times per second. The measurements are then analyzed by the HEALBE algorithms and turned into an estimation of your state and in-app Neuroactivity report. Thus, the smart band helps you monitor your real state at any time, based on accurate data about your body. GoBe will also help you understand whether your nervous system activity level is decreasing or increasing, so you can control the load.。
